According to the purpose and design of the protective cover, choose the right material. Common materials for protective cases include silicone, EVA, etc. Different materials have different characteristics, such as softness, abrasion resistance and transparency. You can choose the most suitable material according to your needs.
HGD factory will make samples. The purpose of sample making is to let you feel the feel, size and quality of the case, and also to check if there are any problems with the design. If there is any problem with the sample, it can be modified until a satisfactory result is achieved.
Manufacturing after the samples are confirmed to be correct, mass production can be carried out. During the production process, HGD factories will strictly follow the design and quality standards to ensure that every protective cover meets the requirements.
Quality inspection after the production is completed, HGD factory will carry out quality inspection on the EVA protective cover, including appearance inspection, size measurement, function test, etc., to ensure that each protective cover meets the expected quality standards.
